Service Fees
By purchasing a service package from TactTechs Marketing, LLC, You agree to the listed pricing structure, which may include a base monthly fee plus 5% of revenue generated through marketing activities managed or facilitated by TactTechs Marketing, LLC. These may include but are not limited to: lead generation campaigns, advertising, email/SMS follow-ups, sales funnels, booking automation, and CRM utilization.
This revenue-based fee is calculated using lead attribution through the TactTechs App or agreed-upon tracking systems. You agree to provide timely access to relevant sales and revenue data. Monthly performance reports will be issued. Disputes must be raised in writing within 10 days of delivery via email with delivery/read receipt, or electronic submission through a secure client portal, in order to be admissible in legal proceedings.
Your Communications
Any communication with TactTechs Marketing, LLC via this website or other channels is not privileged or confidential. We reserve the right to republish submissions in whole or in part.
You agree not to post or send content that is illegal, libelous, abusive, or otherwise harmful.
Disclaimers
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TactTechs Marketing, LLC for any direct or indirect damages arising from Your use of Our website or services.

Cancellation & Guarantee
You may cancel any service package with 14 days' written notice via email with delivery/read receipt, or electronic submission through a secure client portal
For clients on the CMO Partner Plan, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee: If you don’t see measurable improvement within 60 days, we’ll continue working for 30 more days at no additional cost to make it right.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate Your access to this website and Our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between You and TactTechs Marketing, LLC regarding this website and Our services.
Severability & No Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any part of the Terms does not waive our right to enforce them in the future.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pinellas County,FL.
Mediation & Arbitration
Prior to any arbitration proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through mediation in St. Petersburg,FL. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall proceed to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Costs of arbitration will be shared equally.
